- It may seem like Mike Shannon madness around these parts lately, but he is kind of on fire as of late. With the release of The Memory Seed EP followed by The Memory Tree LP on Plus 8 and our Sunday, August 3rd event at Starlight Social Club, one might question why we might feature a similar event so close in time and location. Well, we’re all friends here and it will be a great opportunity to hear Mike play on a sound system which could be one of the best he’s played on in Toronto, at Circa Night Club (no offense Footwork). AFE seems to know how to throw a jam, and with Noah Pred, Terence Kissner, Nittin, and JAP_ on the bill, it seems like a win / win situation for everyone.
So if you can’t make it to Mike’s annual home coming party at Starligh Social Club in Waterloo, we highly recommend checking out The Memory Seed release party at Circa presented by our friends at AFE.
